read the war powers act and get a clue.Don't have to. The Constitution trumps everything. An Act passed in the 1970s doesn't override the Constitution. Isn't it interesting only liberals used to go to extra Constitutional 'implied' powers but dang if a 'conservative' won't hide under it because 'his' guy is in power. If a Democrat were doing this after 6 years, the internet wouldn't be able to hold all the wailing from 'conservatives' over the issue.
