it’s scorch & burn politics. Ron Paul is a colossus of Constitutional principle yet has been tarred and feathered here...all for a principled foreign policy disagreement.
I saw a demo party person in my community putting out Ron Paul yard signs. They are giving $$$ to Ron Paul... we all know it, money from the left to tilt the outcome of the election.

Paul is embracing the notion that the Constitution as written is the absolute prism that Govt should run by, normally that would be fine, but we are in a highly mobile battle against Islamic Terrorists, some of the Enumerated Powers are not specifically designed to address that battle.
So precedent and vagary are the only tools CIC has to rely upon.
