Not necessarily. However, a president’s success is contingent on the people he has working for him. A president can’t govern a country on his own.

I have said this along when people want to start the “he doesn’t have experience diatribe” when talking about Hunter or FDT. A great leader’s biggest asset/deficit is the people he brings with him.
