Anyone asked who governs the Officer’s hiring/firing/discipline?
It’s either going to be a civil service commission or a Police & Fire committee, both falling under their own regs as well as state statutes.

As I was told,,,Part of the “test questions” come from the Feds,,,Race/?/etc.

I’ve be extremely surprised if their process of hiring does NOT include a general psyc eval. That’s SOP everywhere I know of...of course with small town, anythings possible. Well, actually in large cities too (lol)
