We had a son who required palate surgery some years ago. While waiting for the conclusion of the surgery, two women approached us in the waiting area and INSISTED that we enroll our son in various welfare programs. These women are paid to go through private records, locate parents, and persuade them to “nationalize” their children. While our son was recuperating, we never entered the hospital facility without being approached by these women
