I'm not a huge fan of Romney but don't give him credit for things he didn't do.One thing that people outside of Massachusetts must understand about Romney is that for his entire tenure as governor is that the RATS held about 90% of the seats in both houses of the legislature.He was,for all practical purposes,a totally powerless governor.
