One of our database servers crashed a few weeks ago. John got it running again, but now it keeps crashing intermittently. Looks like we’re going to have to swap out the hardware. In the meantime, unless he can get it started again, we’ll be limping along on one db server.

Bump that! I tinkered under the hood of one of my cars (database related) once, and well...let’s just say I learned that was not my area of expertise (lol). Vowed to never do it again, and then had to apologize to a few people who’s information I’d inadvertantly deleted. Lesson learned...keep jedward away from databases. There are professionals out there for a reason :)) It’s a funny thing now, but at the time I experienced short periods of gnashing of teeth (lol)

Many people are helped with physical therapy, hope that you also will find some relief. Do you use "ice" or "heat"?
