Yes, I read it, I also read the rest of it and my argument stands, it is against the law, punishment or not. It is also the act of a coward and a traitor to fly a flag of another country above the US flag while on US territory. Nice job on the ad hominem.

My apologies-- I posted the HTML incorrectly and failed to proofread..., CNN founded by Ted Turner, and has behaved in a sympathetic manner towards liberals since at least clinton. The supporters of illegal migrants in our area are in general...liberal.

I've searched the US CODE, Located HERE, and cannot find the results. Strange, especially if the code is 4 USC Sec. 7, as suggested by the link in the article. But via that link...is says (note quote) in times of peace, flags of different nations can be flown at same height, but different staffs.. ???

I understood that the only flag that can be flown at the same height as the American flag is the Texas flag. Because Texas was once a country itself.
