> Wow...the Christmas part doesn’t surprise me, but Halloween?

This is the era of people getting their panties in a wad. Everyone is sooooo sensitive. The secularists are all mincy about Christmas, and the the more thin-skinned of the Christians get a-flutter about Halloween. All of these nervous nellies need to take a pill and relax and let traditional holidays be the joyous things they are.

HONESTLY — everybody RELAX! Have a PARTY! Go trick or treating! Sing a Christmas carol! Jeez!

Why is this “Winter Festival” celebrated the week of 12/25 through 1/2? What exactly is the SIGNIFICANCE of the date December 25th? Why don’t we celebrate this “Winter Festival”in the first week of December or the 1st week of February? A couple of ragheads complain about a holiday we celebrate to honor the birth of Jesus Christ and we cave? Last I heard about 85% of Americans are Christians and believe in Him. What a terrible shame this is and what awful cowards these administrators are. Ditto the towns people who won’t show their outrage. I wonder what He must be thinking about now.

“This is the era of people getting their panties in a wad.”

These people need a catchy name....something like the Bunched Bloomer Brigade.
