Um ... Uh ... Nana? Could we interest these over-burdened, grossly understaffed LEOs to take a gander at the corner (east side, north & south) of Harbor & MacArthur in Costa Mesa, CA?
I was at the location on a bus and stopped counting at 50 (that was this past Monday, but it is a regular occurence).
If not, it goes with the territory and Home Depots.
