Because that will not be the way it is played to the rest of the world or maybe even here. It will be interesting to see how the MSM plays it on the evening news and how the edits are made. I suspect we will see both excerpts of Bollinger’s remarks and Ahmadinejad’s response, including the applause. And in Iran, whatever is shown, will put Ahmadinejad in the best light.
And in Iran, the mullahs who are really in charge, will see what a publicity disaster Ahmnutjob is and will cut him down in stature.
People that watch this stuff closely (like FR and the sunday shows) will see it for what it is. People who would be 'swayed' are not those who pay any attention anyway. The mullahs will see the reality. The dissidents in Iran will see it as a counter to what the MSM portrays the left as.
