Four-year-old boy stabbed to death in Britain

Police in Britain have launched a murder inquiry after a four-year-old boy died from stab wounds and a 14-year-old girl was seriously injured.

Officers were called to an address in Royd Street, in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, at 1pm.

The boy was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary with serious injuries but died a short time later, a West Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said. Advertisement

The teenage girl was also taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police confirmed they were treating the death of the boy as murder and two men had been arrested in connection with the incident.

Why are they launching an inquiry? I thought the only thing you can get arrested for in England these days is defending yourself against a criminal.

Perhaps the police are interested in what happened as purely an academic exercise.

That's one possibility.

Another is that the police want to find the boy's killer, put a tail on him, and arrest anyone who tries to avenge the boy's death.

It’s the typical lib thing. They want to know what society did wrong that caused this tragedy. Obviously, it’s not guns, so that rules out the number one social injustice from the check list.

You’re right. And the pathetic thing is, in once-Great Britain, first they outlawed guns, on the premise that the police will protect you. And then the police decided to protect the criminals instead. And without guns, what are the folk gonna do about it? Absolutely nothing.

Sky News rerporting this morning that the girl was the sister of the 4 year old boy and one of the men arrested is their father.

Not a random attack.
