The SCOTUS struck down all state laws restricting abortion by denying the personhood of the unborn child.

The justices who perpetuate and, by their decisions, authorize the deaths of innocent human persons, are violating founding principles, God’s laws, which the founders acknowledged by enshrining natural law rights, and the US Constitution.

Anyone who hides behind federalism to defend baby-killing is a coward.

You make alot of stupid statements, Counterpunch, including your arrogant “emotional outburst” and “Judge judy” statements. Do you make PMS statements and recommend hysterectomies, too, whenever you talk to people who disagree with you?

Federalism doesn’t defend abortion. Leaving abortion law in the hands of the Federal government (as it has been since 1973) does. That’s what you started out advocating.

You now are making a case for why Roe v. Wade was wrongly decided. OK. The place to take that case is the Supreme Court. The desired outcome is to have Roe overturned. The end result is the proper restoration of Federalism, with the states free once again to ban abortion. See, most already did that once before, which is exactly why the Federal government decided to step in and take jurisdiction away from them on Constitutional grounds. Which is what you have been arguing in favor of.
