Brilliant, just brilliant. Next time they want to have a bomb plot in NYC, they wont need to go to another state to get the faked-up drivers license... they can stay right there. And its also brilliant to go against the Real ID Act, making the NY drivers license unfit as an ID at airports.
Nice way to make the state a magnet for illegals.
