He may have a hard time with them firing him but he may catch on in another small town because of the cost of training. Most police officers get back on because they allow them to resign rather than firing and making it public.No doubt he deserved this from what I heard on the tape.

Don’t most states have a requirement that officers be certified by a state agency. If so, he should lose his certification and that would prevent him from simply turning up in another jurisdiction.
