Sure, but you can’t protect yourself as a self-defending citizen, you have to pay for it and submit to govt authority. Hand in your guns, and your money, and your freedoms, Whether you like it or not ... and you’ll get some security - maybe. (Although it’s curious how those big cities with gun control and Democrat mayors always have the worst crime rates.)
