I am sorry you think this is unimportant. Because, it is another case that will test the very foundation of our laws and legal system. There might be a war going on, there might be political turmoil, there might be new appointments by the President to consider - all that is happening and important, and we are interested in that also. But all will be irrelevant if our courts do not put criminals behind bars!

That is why this interests so many people. Not just the hype of the personalities involved, not just the drama of the moment, but the very basis of seeing just convictions achieved in the courts against those who commit crimes.

Every case sets precedents. If OJ is guilty, but walks because of some loophole, or a jury that is swayed by other influences of thought (as the last one), whatever - the outcome will be used for reference in future cases. We, who are watching this know the outcome could affect us in many ways.

We want justice to prevail, and although emotions do fly when the topic is so hot and contraversal, that is the real reason for the interest. Justice did not prevail before in the murder trial, and we remember...with resentment, even...and want to see a verdict that suits the crime this man has committed - this time!

If, you are not interested, then please, don't bother to read this thread and critize us with your feigned disconcern. Reading what is written here, then posting that you don't care is a conflict we all see and although you are certainly entitled to "not care," and it is your right...obviously you did...because here you are, reading.
