It should be no bond or bail. Every defense lawyer will say he didn’t leave and therfore should be given reasonable bond. Of course I’m not a judge and don’t have the facts but so far it looks like he won’t get it.
I don’t think any of us on the thread would give him bail. However- I did hear (during the press conf) a reporter ask the officer from the detention cneter where he could get a copy of the recommended bail amounts for these crimes.
I imagine the judge has a lot to weigh..
