I usually go from the Bellagio to the Venetian to Fremont Street. I seldom see any blacks in Vegas except maybe standing next to me at a table.
I live in L.A. but have a doctor in Vegas. I definitely see black people in the medical building in approximately the same ratio I see in W.L.A (15-20%?) I think Vegas is fairly racially mixed. And I know they have ethnic gangs, black and Hispanic (so PROUD of my city’s exports... not). And I know of very wealthy celebs or other stars that live/maintain a residence in Vegas.
