You just had to smile listening to Fuhrman’s explanation. Plus, he said that Las Vegas PD won’t roll over on this and the DA’s won’t either. There's a lot of money in Vegas, lots of high rollers who want to feel safe. Vegas will want to ensure that nobody gets the impression that somebody can get away with armed robbery
Plus Vegas is only 10% black, and Nevada is a big gun-owning state. Talk about black riots won't intimidate anybody
