Half-brother, apparently. Word has it the father was very prolific in the procreation department.

The last car involved in the hunt, the black Vibe, was registered to another "brother," Shane LaBeet .. who could be this guy, who works at a dive shop in Key West. He, his wife and children were in the car when pulled over .. but not Shawn. They're obviously being questioned.
