Yes, the problem in Minnesota is that the big cities-Mpls, St. Paul and Duluth (and now possibly even Rochester) vote overwhelmingly RAT). If we had electoral votes by House District we would look much better.
I know, I’ve heard it before; if there was no Detroit, MI would be Republican; without Philadelphia, PA would be Republican; without Chicago, IL might be Republican, etc.
