Actually, in this case, they would not have arrested him but for the gun. The fact that he was a jihadi makes no difference to the authorities. So maybe these gun laws have some beneficial effect afterall.
It's too bad you believe that. I'll bet there are some fine people working very hard trying to stop jihadi creeps like this. Too bad people feel the need to tear them down all the time. I don't think they deserve that.
