This is all about way more than competition. If the Senate is going to stop one part of the border crossing, they should seal the border - and not with a fence. Ever notice that in interior Mexico, they don’t have fences around their houses, they have WALLS. On the other side, their BIG program didn’t go thru so they are passing it in pieces.
