The Dims REALLY have no idea what or how to deal with these reports... they are not only fishing, they are at a loss as to how to spin this in their favor!
Given how deeply Iran is in the mix of messing with Iraq, Iran CLEARLY has to be dealt with.

This is precisely why Petraeus and Crocker did not submit their testimonies prior to today. The Dems had no time to assemble their hit-questions.
The Republicans also didn't have access, of course, but their position is not so dependent on showing Petraeus and Crocker to be wrong/lying/etc....
And so the R's can ask real questions, for clarification and edification, which Petraeus and Crocker can answer meaningfully. It would be really good if an R or two would ask some actually tough questions.
