Look in the mirror when you read your tagline. You are arguing with you (understandably).
Backatcha.
Additionally in the Moscow theatre hostage, the Russians had help from some 14 countries on hand, including top-notch special forces from Israel. Even that didn't stop some large losses of life.
I remain completely unconvinced that an immediate response of force would be best. Even as I understand your viewpoint and the desire to strike quickly at their power-gluttony. Along with keeping their media show minimal.
I do not for a moment believe that you would feel any type of satisfaction if my school were bombed and I was killed because I teach in a public school. You would be horrified beyond words. Nor do I think you would feel any more relaxed because I was targeted and you weren't. Your stress level would go through the roof.
I'm attempting to take the argument to a higher level and away from some of the pettiness that surfaces when home-schooling and public schooling comes up. This is not about where you educate your child or where I educate mine. This is about all Americans being targets because we are Americans.
Yes, I know about school threats - I also remember a mall being shot up, and an airplane going into buildings, and I have read about plans for multiple drive-by shootings at golf courses and attacks at sporting events and other large gatherings.
So while your chances may be slim - can you imagine how much smaller your world will become if another attack happens? We cannot all hide in our houses and rate the risk of a given activity before we engage.
And if we want to get right down to where the meat hits the bone, wouldn't one think that Jewish private schools would be the most at risk? That doesn't make me think I am safer - it angers me that any of us are at risk.
Not to mention the sadism factor and how much better they would feel about having children as hostages.
Look at their history. They love to exploit their own children, anyway.
How much has your homeschooling done to prevent things like 9/11?
Homeschooling is fine if it is what you want to but don't conclude that it is the answer to everything as that is just stupid. Your post belongs on this thread as much as the very stupid, "Bush's fault" or to start blaming Mexicans. All three are really getting tiresome.
Muslim terrorists have a long history of attacking children. Time after time they’ve attacked schools, daycare centers, and even murder children strapped into car seats.
They see reactions of sorrow, and a lack of vengeance, as weakness, and it only encourages them.
I hate to say this, but the only way to respond to this sort of things is to do what Israel USED TO DO, which is hunt down and kill everyone involved in the acts. This will probably mean killing innocent people, but so be it. To put it bluntly, our people are FAR MORE important and valuable then them.

I am asking that you refrain from posting to me due to your continued use of harrassing language and habit of putting words in my mouth.
And in the great words of our Admin Moderator Final note: Trolls, troublemakers, disruptors, forum pests, malcontents, RINOs, liberals, stalkers, et al, would continue posting to (harassing) someone after being asked to stop. Conservative FReepers would not.
Don't worry, I see nothing to gain by posting to you. Ignore - engaged.
“If this happens the American redneck/Nascar crowd will drag the middle eastern people out of thier motels hotels and convience stores and show now mercy.”
*Insert witty retort involving poor spelling here*
I suspect even some inner city gangs might join the redneck crowd in fighting the muzzies, just on their own turf, especially if they go after some inner city school.
We don’t have to go outside of our country to find schools that are suspicious. Think the new Muslim school that just opened in New York. With the CAIR, the Left and the Democrats, the enemy is already here.
The hard-core liberal women would become the useful idiots and mouthpieces even as they were being measured for burquas
From my view it appears they can be grouped into the following historically -
diplomatic (embassy) buildings and personnel
airports and aircraft
military barracks, ships, etc
restaurants, theatres, malls, resorts, bars, cruise ships, ie entertainment places
Red Cross, aid workers, observers, in a foreign country
subways, trains, buses and bus stops
hotels
temples, churches
I was going to point out. I’d dare an islamoslime to try to take a Philly or Camden public school. They’d be so outgunned it wouldn’t even be funny.
Embassies used to be the number one target - what has changed so that the terrorists are going for other targets? Has the security changed at embassies? If so, are there lessons we can take from that to be applied to other targets?
Let us know if you hear anything back.
“I sort of feel the Hispanics/Latinos would join the Caucasians “
Have you ever heard of “La Raza?”
Go educate yourself, please.
We homeschool, my nephew goes to public school. It was so sad to hear him talk about the “terrorist drill” that they practiced at the public school. Sad that they even had to practice such a thing, and even sadder that he told me that if they heard shots they were supposed to get under their desks.
Like that would help.
Anyone who has been honorably discharged from the military, or rather not had an dishonorable discharge (I know medical reasons exist), should automatically be granted a concealed carry permit and the gun of their choice.
I probably won’t hear anything, and if I do, I’ll probably forget to tell you, because I have terminal CRS disease.
