Dear Friends,
We all want to see Ron Paul as the next president of the United States. In order to get there, he will first have to win the Republican nomination. I have seen him state on television that he will not run as a third party candidate, so it is vital that he win the nomination. This article from Wikipedia outlines the Republican primaries schedule.
Why is this important? As alert reader Verbatim writes:
As you may realize, there are many people from across the spectrum planning to support Ron Paul: Libertarians, Constitutionalists, Green Party members, disenfranchised Democrats, and of course the disenfranchised Republicans.
Many of these people may not realize that they NEED to change party affiliations to Republican to vote in the GOP Primary in many States. I think this information is important to get out as is instructions on how to change ones' party affiliation and the DEADLINE for each State. I think this information would be useful on every Ron Paul supporter website in existence, even if it is simply linked to.
Thanks, Verbatim
This is the preliminary schedule...

Any candidate who wants to be the nominee of the Republican Party should be nominated by Republicans. If real Republicans won’t nominate him, then at best, he is running in the wrong party.
Vote across party lines all you want. But hijacking a parties primary process is anything but ethical.
Hillary? Time will tell. Rudy? NOT! :)
My money is on another Gore run after Obama and Hitlery implode in the first “real” debates, if we ever have any.
Ethics doesn't seem to be a penchant of the Paulbots.
Yep, but we want them to support Republican candidates, not moonbats dressed in Republican clothing.
“with 2% ???
LMAO!”
I thought he was up to 3% now.
At one time I'd have agreed. But the Goracle's religion has been taking real hits from the scientific community lately. The global concerts were a flop. And Gore has not been seen/heard from lately. I'm not at all sure another Presidential run is to his liking. Too much baggage.
Truthfully, I don’t see a single Democrat candidate anywhere that can pull more than at most, 46% of the general election.
But this is why 3% missing from the RNC vote can make a difference.
Perot made it possible for Clinton to win twice by taking more than 3% away from Bush Sr. and Dole. That was when the race wasn’t going to be close. Now days, elections are decided by less than a 3-4% margin.
So every 3% counts...
That was before making a fool of himself again Wednesday night... LOL

Exactly. Some of his followers even admit to being former Perot supporters.
A little buy with big ears and a bad haircut was spotted.
I witnessed one such attempt in Fort Worth this weekend.
Absolutely. Ron Paul and/or his supporters (time will tell whether he's instrumental in this or not) are both mounting a major campaign for 'acceptance' by main-stream conservatives, and being used by MoveOn/Truther/Code Pink type wackos in a very real attempt to influence the GOP primary.
If left alone, RP would not have the popularity among Republicans to go anywhere. I'm sure he knows this. Whether this knowledge has caused him to sign on to such a disinformation campaign or not, I don't know. But the campaign is genuine, insidious, and can't be ignored.

He's done it before.
Did he look like Howdy Doody? And was he doing the "Toilet-Stall Two Tap"?
Tell it...
people need to know what these folks are up to...in the name of “conservatism”.
Ron Paul: McGovernizing the GOP.
Beware of anyone in mens rooms who's tapping his feet and whistling "Hap, Hap Happy Talkkn', Happy Talk, Talkin' 'bout things you'd like to do..."
Help! Help! People are trying to undermine the Constitution by legally voting in an election for a candidate they like! It's unconstitutionamable, I tells ya! To arms! To arms! We must save the Constimatution!!!!!!!!!!!!
