On the surface, it does look like a double standard, but in fact there is only one and the GOP voters hold their reps to it but the Dems do not.

We expect better.

I don’t care what the secret is, but any government official who tries to keep one makes himself the object of blackmail to anyone who finds out. Do we want reps who are more concerned with their so called private life being kept secret than their public duty?

I understand that we should expect better, but I have had enough. Remember Gary Condit? He had to be defeated in the primaries for him to resign. I just don’t want to be led around by the nose by the liberal MSM.

Of course we toe the line morally better than the DINOcraps, but whoa! I’m not convinced this actually took place. It is the word of two guys here. Does one of them have a quota to maintain (ugh! what a job!)? Or does one of them throw years of a fine career in Washington away in a very stupid way? I think it all remains to be seen.
