Mental exercise, I got it.

It’s my favorite kind of exercise. I just picture myself jogging a few miles, and then I don’t have to go through with it. That saves me a lot of time.

My wife has an even better method. She puts an exercise tape on the VCR, and then goes back to bed.

Very efficient.
