He will stall and take his chances with the voters of Idaho. He was already politically dead before this happened, for various reasons. Most of the folks I know in the Repubican Party in Idaho did not expect him to run for reelection.

I don’t think he should resign because he’s gay or bi.
I think he should resign because he’s obviously not going to get reelected (what with the airport and train station business), and he should let a Republican run next year (?) as the incumbent.

all I can say, is IF this sort of thing goes on in public restroomsThere's no IF about it. I used to manage a department store and I estimate that over the course of my last year in that store we had over 100 homosexuals arrested from our Men's room. I would never let a small child enter a men's room at a city park, department store or bust stop...ever.
