They (***Al Qaeda terrorists) left these areas and they are heading toward Mosul which is their last bastion.Ironically, a city that is bound to be flooded out by a broken dam any day now. Also my former "home" prior to coming to Baghdad. If we were still there, it wouldn't much of a bastion for any of these "people."

I read about this dam that may break in Mosul area. Is the Army Corps of Engineers working on the dam to prevent it from breaking?
