Agreed. Vick may very well be immature, but mainly he is a sadist completely lacking in human feelings. Prison time isn’t likely to change his character for the better.

True. And... immature people who do these kinds of things to animals grow up to be serial killers. This guy’s a bad seed and that’s not something people grow out of.
