Like another poster early in the thread, I was someone who was reckless for many years about eating donuts and such. Now I am struggling to lose many dangerous pounds. The fellow in th ephoto with the big belly could just about be me.

Each time I am tempted to have a donut I usually decline — telling myself that I’ve already eaten enough donuts for a lifetime.
