No, lucky for him that he didn't have the Fed's on his case and not those incompetent State Prosecutors. It's not so much that they were incompetent, as much as everybody being under enormous political pressure to avoid another LA riot, while giving the appearance of doing their job.

The case was thrown as soon as the decision was made to hold it in LA instead of Brentwood, using an LA jury pool, who would not have convicted OJ if they had full color video of him doing the act

This is accurate. Evidence was never germaine to the case.
