Your post is answering my question about the ethnic makeup of British emigrants from one of your other posts.

Lots of numbers here, but I still see no way to analyze the number of Britons who are naturalized or born to immigrants.

The reason I bring this point up is the fear many here at FR have about the dissolution of national character in Western countries. The posts suggest to us xenophobes that ethnic Britons are fleeing the invasion of Asians, many who become citizens by birth or naturalization. However, that may be an illusion as the articles do not give any breakdown on the ethnic makeup of the emigrants. The only ethnic discussion is about foreign nationals, not citizens.

I agree. However, my overall sense is that the majority are (R1b) 'Celtic' Brits.
