Just hang on to your computers with Windows XP as long as you can. :( I spent about an hour on the phone (long distance - "our" phone will be charged for it) yesterday with a tech from PI, and he couldn't resolve my issue either. They don't HAVE a later version of the software built for Vista, so I really am not sure what to do now - I can send it back and get a refund, but big deal - what's $39.95 going to buy that's even comparable in a photo editing program? That price was greatly reduced from the retail price and they offered it to me because my original PI didn't work on Vista.

I will never understand how microsoft can do this. Other than microsoft is the only software being compatible and they make more money? Thanks for the warning. The last time I purchased xp it was $200 for the software. It may be worth it at some point. Sorry you have been going through such a frustrating experience from the vista, Billie. It should be fun when you get a new computer.
