Moreover, when Thompson filed his disclosure form with the IRS, he revealed that $72,000 of the $3.4 million raised is to be used for the general election. Former FEC General Counsel, Larry Noble told the Washington Post "I think it's problematic. Clearly it's a red flag."

Mitt Romney in 1996:
Mitt Romney in 2007:
"Romney Calls Flat Tax Unfair"
I find Romney's continued assaults upon the flat tax as unfair using Ted Kennedy-style class warfare arguments to be deeply troubling. This creates a real credibility problem for Romney with me.

I don't want you to have automatic weapons either. So all that is a big "+" IMO. And by the less than intelligent responses on this thread I wouldn't trust any of you with any thing more dangerous than a fork with a cork on the end.
Hand guns, hunting, and sport weapons = Yes. Terrorist type fully automatic assault weapons = NO.

Why should I be concerned about what some liberal activist, with a double-digit IQ and a six-digit income says about Fred’s campaign financing?

You obviously missed the memo on Romney, he is permitted to change ANY policy at ANY time. Once a policy is changed, it is no longer permissible to question the previous policy or the reason for the flip-flop.

Posting a hit piece and playing jury and judge without evidence.
If Fred has a Mormon instead of Romney you would be singing a different tune.
Be honest.
From one of your prior posts.

Nuff said.

That said, the bashing of the party who posted this article instead of discussing this article, has really gone on quite long enough has it not?I must respectfully disagree. He changed the title of the piece, and omitted the first sentence, which was critical. If you want to have an intelligent discussion of the issue, start a thread on this NY Sun piece and we'll discuss it in a respectful and intelligent manner.

It’s also worth noting that his statement about Bishop David Evans being “gunned down” in a massacre is false. According to a website designed for and by his descendants, he died of a stroke at the age of 78.
http://www.davidevans.org/summary.asp
However, it is not at all surprising that Evans had a lot of descendants. He had a total of FORTY-ONE children by his SEVEN WIVES.

And now, Ms. Duffy, it's time to deal with YOU.
I went to the mat to defend Mitt over that phony non-scandal regarding the PPV porn in the hotels who's board he sat on. I was at odds with many Hunterites and some fellow Freadheads on this, but I did it anyway because I have no animosity toward Mitt and thought he was being unfairly smeared. But YOU come in and take the side of a lefty n00b troll making a VERY disingenuous post about Fred. If you're representative of Mitt supporters, I guess I'll have to think twice before I waste keystrokes defending him against scurrilous attacks and smears again.
