That is indeed strange. I've seen RR routing loops but never a particular hostname that won't resolve.

When you do an ipconfig /all, do you see more than one nameserver? If so, you can see if all their nameservers are messed up.

Let's say their nameservers are

207.69.188.185
207.69.188.186
207.69.188.187

To try a specific one, do

nslookup
server 207.69.188.187
www.sfwmd.gov

‘Tis odd for RR to screw up (I’ve got it here).. The last major problem was when one of the major backbone companies refused to deal with RR for a while.

I get DNS timeouts on both nameservers.
