Mocking people who care what happens to you is asinine. The TV anchors might hype the situation, but they make people aware of what's going on and people in harm's way do need prayers.

If you don't want prayers, just say so. Most people here pray for others even when we don't know all of the circumstances.

I have to admit that mocking the media storm howlers is good sport. They fake scenes, incite panic, and put others at risk to hype the storm stories for ratings.
