Wow, impressive speech by the PM of Jamaica.

I was intrigued by the reference to Marcus Garvey. He was unceremoniously and emphatically kicked off Jamaica by the then-regnant social leaders of "colored" Jamaica. I'd no idea he's been rehabilitated in Jamaican lore.
