Best guess for the portion of Jamaica that Dean will get closest to - The Alley/Lionel Town/Alligator Pond at roughly 30 miles from the center. That'll give them the outer eyewall.
Dean should remain roughly 50 miles from Kingston.

Kingston seems to be right at the back of a nice bay which will “catch” a lot of the tidal surge. Perfect conditions for flooding from that NW quadrant.
