Sorry to butt in, but where in tx are you talking about???
I’ve been embarassed a few times to watch someone else do something on the computer, and realize they did in one keystroke what I used to do in three.
I’d have to say not outside of floodplains. The cone of doom has fully-shifted to Mexico.
Who knows? Maybe he has better data than NHC.
This latest NOAA water vapor loop in the last frame shows dean glancing up at the GOM ULL which is not moving west, regardless of what the NHC guys say.
Aaaahhhh,,,,I don’t know why I was thinkin you were in Houston area-—I was thinking man, did i miss something??? hahahahah,,,,
TWC is really irritating me. They just said, he’s doing it from lessons learned from Katrina. grrr
If nothing changes by tomorrow morning, I would not move them. Besides the shock and trauma, you have to deal with the actual logistics and the dangers there.
True. Hard decision to have to make.
People think we are a low population but we aren’t. We also have a lot of elderly here.
Bump Dat...;0)
The last frames of the loop show Dean getting very tightly wound.
Thanks Cindy. Sorry to hear it.
I honestly think that system in the Gulf will move inland tomorrow and we’ll get more rain, but it won’t have anything to do with Dean. It will however, remove the magnet. :)
You know what NautiNurse, you are doing a good service by producing these threads. I am sorry you don’t want to acknowledge sound constructive criticism.
It baffles me why you think folks with DSL and Fiber Optic connections should be forbidden to use your thread to desiminate advanced information.
I guess it just doesn’t make sense to you to have one thread where people with dial-up and faster services can congregate, but splitting up information over several threads doesn’t seem like a productive idea to me.
Once again, just voicing my view. Sorry it conflicts with yours.
Speaking of wound, I'm almost out of steam. Just waiting for the next VDM, then I'm done for the night.
Don’t remember seeing this top wind gust out of Kingston before - 138 mph.
That ULL is looking stalled though and is drawing in moisture from Erin. Hmmmm....
