when Congressman J.D. Hayworth went to the WH to see GWB regarding illegal immigration and border security, Rove told congressman Hayworth “you just don’t want to help brown people, do you?”

Yea, Rove, all of us who are for enforcing the immigration laws and securing the borders are just bigots!

The GW sovereignty deficit is most mind boggling to me. It does not compute. I don't recall hearing Rove speak before his resignation and it will be interesting to hear him with Rush.
