Uhhh.... Their training was done on Cessna 152 and 172 almost exclusively. Only one Dude tried to get training in Comm Air simulators, and he got busted before he got to the exit.
I never said that they were not smart. They simply lack the education and training to construct, maintain and support nuclear weapons. Anyone can fly a plane. I have yet to see a school for nuclear weapons design and maintenance.

So you seem to be implying they didn't receive 767 training, and they really didn't fly those jet airliners, pulling off one of the most devastating attacks in American history.
It all happened, trust me.

Yes you did imply or suggest they are not smart. Again, you seem to be implying only those in the U.S. are capable of developing a nuclear weapon, or somehow the bad guys are just not capable of obtaining one.
