Has anybody actually seen this memo? Or are we just suppose to take the Know Nothings words for it that it exists?
How about contracting Halliburton to build the fence?
Army Combat Engineers, Navy SEABEEs, Air Force Civil Engineers and Marine Corps Engineers could do this far quicker and easier than redeploying Border Patrol personnel! Who thought this up?

exactly why I posted a picture of a BP agent on site building the fence...
so folks like you could SEE the evidence. LMAO
Think about it.
You take BP Agents away from the jobs they were trained to do and have them do a job they are not trained to do.
So the fence construction slows down and there are fewer agents catching illegals in the meantime.
It's an OBL double-play! Billiant! (if you want to keep the illegal spigot open as long as possible)
They should sentence every illegal they catch to a few months of hard labor building the fence.
Back I my neck of the woods, the Corp has built some dam fine lakes and parks. Kept me entertained for yrs. and still does.
If the levee breaks (got no place to go), it’s not the fault of the Corp.
It's got to the point to where if jorge told me it was raining I would need to go look for myself before I would believe him.
