Do you live in some backwards country that doesn't have bankruptcy laws? Moonman - bankruptcy doesn't get you out of debt. It just restructures it. You'll still end up paynig most of it back.

A chapter 13 restructures debt. A chapter 7 wipes it out. That’s unsecured debt like credit cards and medical bills. Secured debt like a mortgage still has to be paid back.
