Gangster culture...
It is the culture in which these people (criminals) accept and live in. We have always called it the “Low Income Housing” culture and it is accepted by a disproportional amount of certain minorities and American born blacks are one of the largest. Here in MT we have very few minorities with the exception of American Indians and they are a disproportional amount of free housing candidates and race on race crime. They are horrible to each other as well as their pets and it's directly related to living on the dole and having zero self worth or respect. They are also a voting block of the Democrats.

I have read and seen so many reports in regards to the gangs of L.A.
They control portions of the city. If these gangs are so strong why don’t city officials use state guard to patrol and aid in arrest.
This could be construed as a huge organized crime network worthy of every means necessary to bring it under control.
I just hate that these punks keep areas of the city under constant terror of shootings, robberies, drugs and so forth.
