It's difficult to find. Your question got me curious and I have yet to locate an accurate source. This US Department of Justice page seems to fit in with the other sources I've read that claim Latino crime statistics are added into the white category. They are listed as a separate victim category however. It makes no sense to me.http://www.ojp.gov/bjs/cvict_v.htm#prace
