We know exactly what happened. Some idiot wearing a badge fired a gun into the air and killed a 5 year old.
Now he's out walking around on 'paid administrative leave' when any civilian in a similar situation would be cooling his heels in jail trying to make a very hefty bond for manslaughter.
I said it before and I'll say it again. If this had been my kid there wouldn't be any discussion of a trial because this cop would already be dead.

The only time I know of where cops were actually called to count for killing someone was recently in Atlanta where they murdered an old lady in a no knock raid on a house that they decided needed some raiding, and actually got a little jail time for it. The only reason that they got punished was that the cops were white and the old lady black and the majority of Atlanta is black and the city of Atlanta is a black run kelptocracy. If the old lady were white and the cops black they would have gotten a slap on the wrist and it would be back to business as usual. Actually it was back to business as usual for the upper echelons who were responsible for the whole thing even if they didn’t directly commit the act.
