I didn't say I hold a grudge against his family (or him, for that matter) - only that they don't deserve, and won't get, my sympathy.
That's probably a bit harsh, I'll admit, but they really don't have anything to worry about anyway. This boy carried a badge when he did his stupid crap. He's a free man.
